Larsens Camp
Ewaso Ng'iro riverbank, Samburu National Park
Overview
Larsens Camp trades on nostalgia in the best way: canvas, campaign furniture, silver service and afternoon tea beside the river.
Twenty tents face the Ewaso Ng'iro from a shaded stretch of riverine forest. Each tent has a butler assigned to it, and the atmosphere is quiet and adult, which suits couples and older travellers.
It is one of the most convenient bases in the park for early departures towards the Buffalo Springs and Samburu circuits.
